Science Innovation: Sterile Insect Technique 

Did you know that Sterile Insect Technique (S.I.T.) is now being used right here in the San Gabriel Valley? Our SGV Mosquito Match program has officially launched in Bassett to control Aedes aegypti populations. It’s a perfect case study for your students to learn about modern biotechnology and ecological control and evaluate engineering design.
